LOS ANGELES, CA - Kspace is proud to announce its recent sponsorship of the 2nd Annual Dances With Films indie film festival. Award-winning filmmakers from the festival will receive free commerce sites in Kspace's Filmspace area.We encourage all of you in the Southern California area to attend this festival -- the only event we've seen that exclusively caters to truly indie projects. The festival runs through this Thursday, July 29th -- and it takes place at Laemmle's Monica Theater on 2nd Street in Santa Monica (just west of the Promenade). DWF is a competitive event featuring a lineup of a dozen full-length narrative films and a dozen narrative shorts. DWF's mission is to open a venue for new and upcoming filmmakers to present their work without the fear of politics overshadowing their screen time. There is no "star-power" whatsoever in this festival. DWF is a week-long event geared solely to the true independents, those individuals who have the courage and tenacity to live their dreams in a "who did you say you were?" industry.
