"Guerilla Music Marketing: New Directions for the New Millennium"
Workshop Conducted by Jeannie Novak
Jeannie Novak of Indiespace will discuss effective, low-cost,
unconventional music marketing strategies that will enable you to take
control of your career. Develop a marketing campaign tailored to your
needs. Learn how to promote your unique brand, target your niche market,
attract press coverage, take advantage of licensing opportunities -- and
promote your music online through fansites, webrings, discussion groups,
affiliate programs, and viral marketing.
CALL TO ARTS!
The Call to Arts! Panels and Workshops have been designed to give small
groups of interested artists a minimum of 25 minutes of the leaders'
focused attention on subjects that can make a huge difference in their
career, whether they are pros or just starting out.
The event includes over 60 exhibiting fine artists / crafters, music and
arts organizations, an international juried Call to Arts! show featuring
more than 40 fine arts finalists, a four-hour variety show and an Open
Mic Showcase.
