| KSPACE & JEANNIE NOVAK FEATURED IN BILLBOARD
MAGAZINE
LOS ANGELES, CA - Kspace and its owner/founder Jeannie Novak were featured in Doug Reece's Popular Uprisings/Heatseekers column in Billboard Magazine (December 20, 1997). The column discusses Reign of Fire, Novak's release of original solo piano music. It also describes Kspace itself (http://kspace.com), its recent success in getting international press and radio airplay for its artists, and its newly founded Kspace Recordings label. The column concludes by considering how Internet-based art and music promotion can be a valuable adjunct to traditional indie marketing/publicity efforts. The article is available in print and also on the Billboard Online site for registered users. *Reign of Fire* is available online for purchase. Los Angeles-area residents may currently find copies at Tower Sunset, Rhino, and Dutton's Brentwood; it will be distributed in nationwide gift shop and bookstore chains in early 1998. NEW RELEASE - The second Kspace Recordings release, a compilation of Kspace musicians (volume 1), will be available toward the end of January 1998.
